This is the Tibetan Buddhist Temple in Clement Town. They were run out of Tibet when China invaded.

These are prayer flags


These pillars spin- they completely encircle the area. As people walk around and pray they spin the pillars- it is supposed to intensify the prayer.




This tree had different colored flowers- we thought they were grafted in- they were - they were silk and wired in. Boy, did I feel stupid.
